¡¡¡¡Chairman of the board, general manager Mr. Che Xianlian, the university culture, senior engineer the title, was born in 1958 in Zichuan District, zibo city, Shandong province. He established Zibo Medical Instrument Factory in 1988 which transformed into Shandong Zibo Shanchuan Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. In 1993. ¡¡He was awarded Zibo Spark first prize in 1993, National Youth Spark Model in 1995, Zibo Ten outstanding young entrepreneurs in 1998,  Shandong ¡°Fuminxinglu¡± medal in 1999, the 7th Professional and technical top-notch talent of Zibo in 2000, Zibo outstanding entrepreneur in 2002, the 4th, 5th, 6th,7th,8th,9th CPPCC standing committee of Zichuan district, the 6th CPPCC members of Zibo City, the 10th, 11th, 12th deputy of Zibo city, the 11th deputy as well as party deputy of Shandong province.
